My word for 2016 was CONNECTION.
In choosing this word, I set the divine intention to connect deeper to my Truth, to my intuition, and to my Tribe.
Looking back on the year that has passed, I’m in shock as to how deeply this intention has manifested. Officially in 2016, I’ve owned my Truth as a powerful Coach & Manifestor. I’ve allowed myself to operate from the intuitive guidance I am given, no matter how scary or counter-intuitive it feels. And I’ve built an extremely engaged social media Tribe + a rock solid local community, where the relationships run deep and the energy is truly focused on positive support and love.
I went from feeling completely disconnected, to creating a reality filled to the brim with the beauty of connection. Who knew that embracing one simple word would manifest so much into my life?
That is the power of intention, though.
That is the power of being clear.
And that is the power of living in alignment with what you want and how you want to feel.
So I want to ask you: What is your word for 2017? What word will guide you in everything that you do over the next year?

△ Where in my life and business do I feel most unfulfilled?
△ What will help me feel more fulfilled?
△ How do I need to grow in order to feel more fulfilled?
△ What do I most want to manifest and how do I want to feel while manifesting it?
After you’ve taken time to reflect on your answers, look for common themes that stand out. Is there one particular word that threads the themes together?
Once you’ve decided on a word, put it to the test—does it make you giddy with excitement? Does it make you breathe a sigh a relief? Does it shake you to your CORE? You know you’ve landed on the right word when you feel a physical reaction in your body upon thinking about it or saying it out loud.
My word for next year is RISE.
While 2016 provided me with the foundation of CONNECTION, it’s now time to RISE into the leader I’m meant to be, the impact I’m meant to make, and the wealth I’m meant to have.
Gosh, just thinking about it, I feel powerful beyond measure. This year is going to be one heck of a ride!
