Is the Universe Testing You? How to Stand in Your Unfuckwithable-ness When a Curveball Comes Your Way

There will always be curveballs.
There will always be obstacles.
There will always be people who doubt you and try to tear you down.

The tricky part of living your truth and impacting the world with your light is that there will always be tests along the way. If the path were easy, everyone would be doing it.

So if there are always tests along the way, it’s not so much the tests that we need to focus on, but rather on the way we cope with them.

So how can we cope with the tests?

Simply put, we need to become unfuckwithable.

I learned about this powerful concept yesterday and it’s defined as: “When you are truly at peace and in touch with yourself nothing anyone says or does bothers you and no negativity can touch you.”

Being unfuckwithable takes consistent practice and requires a deep level of healing. Just like it takes work to strengthen and build a muscle, it takes a lot of inner work to become truly unfuckwithable.

Here are some simple steps that you can follow to stand in your unfuckwithable-ness when a curveball comes your way:

1.) Realize what IS and IS NOT yours.

You are responsible for your shit. There’s no getting around it. You are responsible for the way you react and behave when the Universe tests you. Sometimes the way you react or behave is based on old programming that no longer serves you.

More often than not, you picked up this old programming from an earlier time in your life. Maybe it served you back then, but it doesn’t serve you now and it needs to be healed at the root if you wish to react or behave differently. If this is the case, it might be best to find a therapist, a coach, a healer, or an EFT practitioner to help you dissolve the old programming.

If the curveball is presenting itself through another person—recognize it’s not your shit, therefore it’s not personal, and move on to step #2.

2.) Make the CHOICE to transcend & surrender.

Fear, anger, and sadness are states of being that are not created outside of you. They are ONLY created within you, especially when you bump up against a test. The good news is that because these states are created within, you also have the power to create different states of being such as certainty, love, and surrender.

And you can do that by making a CHOICE to transcend the obstacle and the way it’s making you feel. Once you make the choice to stop focusing on it, to let it go, to surrender it, or to look at with love instead of fear or anger, ask your higher self to reorganize it for you in a way that promotes your highest good.

Sometimes you might need to make this choice 50 times in a day, but that’s okay. Keep making the choice every time the situation nips at your consciousness.

3.) Get on with your mission.

The purpose of a test is to derail you from moving forward, so the best way to remedy it is to MOVE THROUGH IT. Don’t let the curveball slow you down. See it as separate from you. And keep on freaking going.

If you don’t, you’re giving your power away to the test. See the test for what it is—a test! Take the lesson {because there’s always a lesson} and move on with your mission because the world NEEDS YOUR LIGHT {period}.
